Noni juice is taken from the ripened fist-sized bumpy fruit that grows on the Noni tree.

The juice is usually aged before processing, following the tradition of ancient Hawaiian healers. Although Noni is grown in many parts of the world, it is often said that Noni juice from Tahiti is of the highest quality because of the mineral rich volcanic soil, clean air and clear water.
Noni juice is golden amber to dark reddish-brown in color, depending on its age. The older the juice, the darker it will appear. Although Noni juice is high in sugar content, it has a bitter taste and strong pungent odor that has led to such names as “cheese fruit” and even “vomit fruit.” As a result, most Noni juice products contain water, sweeteners or other fruit juices. Whether you prefer pure juice or a juice blend, check the ingredients carefully. Some juice blends may contain as little as 10% Noni. Powdered Noni juice is also available but check for added sugar content. Of course, you can always add some other better tasting fruit juice to pure Noni juice to help disguise the taste.
Noni juice is widely available in health food stores, and can be purchased through this web site. For those who are drinking it for the first time, it is usually recommended that you start with a small amount until you become accustomed to it. Typical suggested doses of Noni juice range from one to two tablespoons, once or twice a day. If you decide to purchase pure Noni juice, be sure to follow the label directions for recommended dosages. Also, we highly recommend that your consult your physician before adding Noni juice to your regular diet.
For those who prefer the pure juice, but can’t get past the taste, Noni is available in a powdered form and can be purchased in easy-to-swallow capsules.
